East Boothbay Cottage

Taking an existing cottage on a beautiful oceanfront setting and upgrading it is always an exciting challenge. This was a fast-track, project that required a close working relationship between our own Knickerbocker Design company and client. The existing cottage was removed and the new house better sited to allow full advantage of the expansive ocean view. The design allows for smaller rooms to surround two "great rooms", a stone fireplace and glass wall.
