One of the earliest of our design-built homes, this Maine cottage style offers a sweeping porch that connects with a screen porch, which can be protected from weather by large paned windows hinged at the top. A separate garage with sleeping quarters above is adorned by a large widow’s walk to enjoy the expansive views.
