Dogfish Head Cottage

Not wishing to disturb the wonderful outcropping of ledges that surrounded this rundown cottage, whose porch commanded expansive views, great care was taken to horizontally bore through the ledges to upgrade power, telephone, septic, and water to the structure; blending simple cottage elements on the outside with a craftsmen style flair within, every area was detailed to maximize function in this 900 square foot cottage.
