
Elaine is a multi-award winning designer with a fine arts education and over thirty years of diverse design experience. In 2009 she became one of a very select group of designers to achieve the Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer designation. A Certified Aging in Place Specialist since 2012, one of the first in Maine.
A native of Sudbury, MA, Elaine attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She continued her studies as a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and while living abroad as a designer for a Danish design firm in Moscow, Russia. Prior to her 16 years with the Knickerbocker Group, she spent seven years as a designer for several high-end kitchen and bath showrooms in Fairfield County, CT.
Elaine’s client list includes a former Governor of Maine and a Bolshoi ballerina.
