Kevin joined Knickerbocker Group in 2012 as our Operations Manager.  Prior to joining us, he was a Project Manager for Consigli Construction Company where he had the opportunity to manage construction of Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences in East Boothbay, a $30 million, 62,000 square foot marine research facility.  Through these efforts, he developed a close working relationship with Steve Malcom who served throughout the multi-phased project as Chair of Bigelow Laboratory’s Building Committee.

He has gained experience at construction companies in Maine, Massachusetts, and Indiana.  While his work focused on all aspects of business development and construction management, he most enjoyed building positive, client-centered relationships that allowed for creative strategies for reducing project costs while still meeting goals.

Kevin holds several degrees including a Master of Science in Business, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology, and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology.  He and his wife Joellen enjoy an active lifestyle with their sons George & Jack and their summertime is filled with camping, mountain biking, and supporting the boys in Yarmouth’s soccer and baseball programs.
