Kim grew up in the Boothbay Region and earned her Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Maine at Orono. After graduation, she found a summer job in a small village in southeast Alaska. That one summer turned into three years, in which she gained experience working for the local government in various roles. After spending three years in Alaska, Kim decided to move back home to be closer to family and friends. In her spare time Kim loves exploring new places in Maine and traveling as much as possible!
