Though she fell in love with Maine over a beautiful Labor Day weekend, it was only after she survived a snowy Christmas vacation that Lauren, a native Southerner, decided to make the move to Boothbay Harbor. The following spring, she packed up her toddler, Rivers, and their golden retriever, for an epic road trip north to their new home. Prior to joining Knickerbocker Group, Lauren served as the business manager for the Maine Department of Marine Resources, and her professional background includes being an entrepreneur, small business owner, and graphic designer. In her free time, Lauren enjoys discovering all four seasons, perusing flea markets, crafting, DIY’ing, and creating art, music, and food.
