Preconstruction

Our preconstruction project managers set the stage for building, outlining goals and expectations for the team. They make recommendations along the way to guide product selections toward a successful budget outcome.

Construction

We manage the schedule and the budget, providing transparency and communication through to the end. We work with the owner’s team to transition smoothly from construction to operations.

Our 6,200-square-foot Portland offices showcase our firm’s focus on craftsmanship and innovative design.

The team at Knickerbocker Group collaborated with the Y to develop a master facility plan for our main campus and 67 acre day camp. With their leadership, we have amazing new spaces!
