With close to three decades of experience in construction management, Peter Haber brings deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership to every project. As Preconstruction Operations Leader at Knickerbocker Group—where he has been a key member of the construction team for over 14 years—Peter leads early-phase planning to align scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring a smooth transition from design to construction. His work is grounded in thoughtful communication, technical precision, and a strong understanding of custom residential building and client relationships.
Peter began his career in the lumber sales industry before discovering a passion for construction management. Prior to joining Knickerbocker Group, he managed a wide range of residential, commercial, and cultural projects for one of northern New England’s largest construction management firms.
A lifelong Mainer who grew up in Falmouth, Peter now resides in Cape Elizabeth with his wife, Erin, their son Peter Jr., and their dog Charlie—the best dog ever. He enjoys fishing, boating around Casco Bay, and spending time working in the home gardens. When his son is home from traveling the world as a merchant marine, Peter treasures the time they spend together in Maine.
