Kicking off ESOP Month—together! As the leaves began to turn and the air grew crisp, our team gathered at our Boothbay campus for one of our favorite fall traditions: KG Oktoberfest.

This year’s celebration marked the kickoff to ESOP Month, a time when we come together to recognize the power of employee ownership and celebrate the people who make Knickerbocker Group what it is.

Held on The Grotto at our Boothbay campus, the afternoon was filled with laughter, connection, and the unmistakable sense of camaraderie that defines our culture. Team members enjoyed classic Oktoberfest favorites, from pretzel bites and seasonal snacks to a great lineup of local beer.
