Originally from Northern Virginia, Jay graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s in building construction prior to relocating to New England. Jay has several years’ experience managing on-site operations for large-scale commercial projects in the region, including a 14-story new hotel in South Boston, a 300,000 square-foot athletic center for a Maine college, as well as an occupied renovation for a Portland hospital. From this commercial experience, he brings strong attention to detail to the residential world, where he aims to work alongside Maine’s best craftspeople to deliver quality projects to our clients.

Jay lives in Freeport with his girlfriend, Ellen, and enjoys hiking, fishing, boating, camping, and skiing in his free time.
