Randy Allred bio

Randy was born in Maryland and attended the University of Baltimore. He moved to Maine in 1990 and began a construction management career building lodges and condominiums at one of Maine’s largest ski resorts.  It is in the mountains of western Maine that he truly fell in love with the abundance of recreational opportunities that Maine has to offer. Prior to Knickerbocker, Randy gained valuable experience managing a wide array of projects, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential designs. While he enjoys the challenges of each type of construction, his passion has always been for high-end residential projects.

Randy currently lives in Falmouth. He has two sons, Ethan and Colby, and enjoys spending free time at camp, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, completing projects around the house, and sitting by the fire.
