With over a decade of diverse experience in Human Resources, Tara has built a well-rounded career marked by versatility, strategic insight, and a people-first approach. Throughout her various roles, she has worn many hats, including overseeing recruiting and talent acquisition, onboarding and training, employee benefits administration, policy development and compliance, offboarding, and cultivating employee engagement through meaningful events and initiatives.
Tara earned her Master’s in Human Resources from Tarleton State University and has held a range of HR roles in industries such as commercial architecture, construction, and insurance. Leveraging her broad experience, Tara enjoys being a dependable and well-rounded resource, with a positive demeanor that makes her both approachable and solutions-oriented.

Life in Maine
In Maine, Tara loves the slower pace, beautiful trees, the ocean, and the weather. She and her husband are slowly making their way through the Maine Beer Trail.
