Design-forward Prefabricated Homes
Knickerbocker Group’s Prefab Pods are designed and built entirely in Maine. Each Pod is built in our in-house manufacturing facility, ensuring a high level of quality control. The homes and living spaces are delivered and set on a foundation, requiring only minimal finishing work on-site.
