As a Site Manager, Jeff works closely with our subcontracting teams while prioritizing quality, safety, and clear communication in the field. Jeff brings a diverse background in both residential and commercial construction, which he has honed over more than fifteen years as a carpenter, project leader, and small business owner.
Jeff has worked extensively in the nonprofit affordable housing sector and has previously led the construction of dozens of homes built by volunteers and future homeowners in communities from the Pacific Northwest to Western North Carolina. As he has progressively developed an eye for finer finishes, Jeff expanded his expertise to custom residential projects from Hood River, Oregon to Jupiter, Florida.
