Kristy leads our Property Care team, ensuring every client receives exceptional service tailored to their unique needs. With impeccable attention to detail and a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach, she collaborates closely with clients, team members, and vendors to deliver reliable support for both one-time projects and long-term management plans.
Meticulous and organized, Kristy excels at creating systems that maintain accurate records and streamline processes. Before joining Knickerbocker Group, she oversaw accounting for several small businesses, provided contract management for a real estate firm, and managed a vacation rental business. She also spent nearly a decade in the yachting and boat service industry, assisting with both accounting and service operations. Kristy holds her Maine State Real Estate License as an Associate Broker.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Kristy is a proud member of the Salt Bay L.E.G.S. Rotary Club of Damariscotta-Newcastle, which fundraisers and volunteers for organizations in Lincoln County. For example, each year the organization partners with the CLC YMCA to organize the “Back to School Bash” supplying free backpacks, school supplies, hair cuts, vaccination clinics and other community resources for students.
