As a Project Coordinator, Sophia plays an integral role in our construction projects by supporting Project Managers, clients, and vendors. A creative problem solver, she enjoys finding ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Sophia holds a BA in Fashion Design from Drexel University and spent many years working in the costume department for scripted episodics and feature films. She collaborated closely with directors, writers, and department heads on a wide range of projects—from independent films to award-winning, multimillion-dollar productions. Though a very different world, the foundational skills required on a film set—working alongside highly skilled craftsmen and diverse personalities—translate easily to the construction industry.

Life in Maine
Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, Sophia spent many summers and holidays visiting extended family in Maine. She now enjoys the beautiful coastline and starry nights year-round.
