A Summer Tradition
Some traditions become part of a company’s story—and our annual summer picnic is one of them. Each year, we set aside an afternoon to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with colleagues and their families, and simply enjoy being together. It’s a chance to pause, enjoy the season, and appreciate the people we’re fortunate to work alongside.

For more than a decade, founder and CEO Steve Malcom and his wife, Martha, have welcomed the Knickerbocker Group team to their home for an afternoon of swimming, good food, games, and conversation. What started as a simple summer picnic has become a much-anticipated tradition, bringing together generations of the Knickerbocker Group community and celebrating the relationships that make this place special.
