Holding a bachelor’s in construction management technology from the University of Maine, Daniel Pellerin focuses on permit procurement, estimating, contract management, and project scheduling. He loves making a client’s dream come to life, bringing with him a positive attitude to produce top-quality results on the most demanding of tasks.

Daniel has over a decade of construction experience, ranging from high-end residential kitchens with custom cabinetry to long-span bridge construction and bridge rehabilitation on projects up and down the east coast.

A fourth-generation Mainer, he enjoys cross-country and downhill skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and vegetable gardening. He and his partner currently live in South Portland with their dog, although he is currently on the hunt for his next project house.
