With over 20 years of experience in property maintenance and construction, Mark brings an array of skills to the team at Knickerbocker Group. For many years, Mark worked in the Hamptons, New York as a property manager for private family residences. He then pivoted to the construction industry where he oversaw everything from small renovations to multi-million-dollar new construction projects. In both roles, Mark proved to be a clear communicator and a valued asset to both clients and subcontractors. At Knickerbocker Group, Mark leverages his experience from both roles as a Site Manager. Mark oversees the day-to-day operations on job sites and is responsible for adhering to safety, quality and production standards to ensure each project is done to KG standards and exceeds client expectations. Outside of work, Mark loves spending time with his wife Carla and Silver Labrador Dunton.

Mark was an active member of his community in Long Island and is looking forward to continuing his outreach in Maine. Previously, Mark was involved in the Shelter Island Fireworks Committee, Shelter Island Bucks Collegiate Baseball Team, Shelter Island Action Alliance, and the Shelter Island Legion BBQ—just to name a few!

New to Maine, Mark fell in love with the area almost instantly! For Mark, a nice summer evening is spent at McLoons Lobster Shack or Primo Restaurant.
