Rachael joined Knickerbocker Group after a decade spent in the healthcare field, where she developed strong customer service and organizational skills and learned how much she enjoyed meeting and helping new people.

In her role as a Project Facilitator, Rachael works directly with new and potential clients as they explore a relationship with Knickerbocker Group. She starts by listening to clients to understand their goals and vision for their new or soon-to-be-renovated home. She then explains how Knickerbocker Group works and the varied services we can provide to a client. She is eager to find solutions for clients and can guide them through our process, which begins with finding and/or purchasing a Maine property, completing the due diligence and other pre-design requirements, and budget/schedule planning for design through construction and property management.

In her free time, she enjoys browsing flea markets and antique shops, trying new recipes out on her family, and curling up on the couch with a good book and a dog on her lap. From Gardiner originally, she now lives in Edgecomb with her husband, Jeremy, and two teenage children, Logan and Morgan.
