Founded by Steve Malcom in 1978, Knickerbocker Group has always been driven by the core values of strong work ethic, exceptional skills and ingenuity, consistent quality, personal integrity, and complete dedication to employees and clients alike. In 2017, Steve made the decision to transition the ownership of Knickerbocker Group to its employees through the formation of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). While Steve continues to have an active role on the Knickerbocker Group management team, the ESOP places the future of Knickerbocker Group in the hands of the people who helped it grow and who will build on what he worked for 45 years to create.
